Why I won't survive a zombie apocalypse

December 4, 2012

Top 10 reasons why I won't survive a zombie apocalypse:

10. I won't be able to charge my iPhone or iPad with no electricity.

9. Restaurants won't be open and I can't cook.

8. The zombies will hear me sneezing due to my constant allergy problems.

7. I don't own any guns or weapons.

6.  My only real skills involve the internet.

5. In order to function, I have to have at least one hot shower a day.

4. My cat will eat me even though she is not a zombie.  She is a very hungry animal.

3. I still haven't finished Season 3 of Mad Men

2. My big mouth.

1. I won't have snarky comments from the Athens Talks commenters to read.

Anyone have anymore to add?

Links to Banner-Herald's award-winning sports stories

The Athens Banner-Herald sports staff combined to win 11 individual awards on Sunday at the Georgia Sports Writers Association's annual meeting in Marietta. You can get a few more details on that in this story ? "Banner-Herald sports staff wins 11 awards" ? and I thought I'd provide some links to the winning stories for the curious. The awards were for the sports staff's work in 2012. read more
