What are they spraying?

November 5, 2010

Chemtrails are a new thing to many people, but chance are you have seen them in your skies. What are Chemtrails? Are they not just contrails from high altitude jets? What is the difference? A normal contrail is the trail left behind jets at high altitude when the heat from engines mix with water vapor and freezes, creating a trail of ice crystals behind the plane. This trail dissipates quickly leaving only a short tail following the aircraft. Chemtrails are aerosol sprays from canisters on aircraft (usually flying well below flight paths of commercial jets) that have been reported to contain heavy metals in nano particle size such as: Aluminum, Barium and Strontium. They unlike contrails hang in the air for hours and begin to drip and create unsettling and unnatural cloud formations. These heavy metals have been linked to diseases such as :Alzheimer"s, Parkinson's and Morgellon's. While many scientist have talked about "Geo Engineering" as something that may solve global warming, most will say it is decades off and a last ditch effort to stay the effects of global warming. The truth of the matter is "They" whoever they are have in fact begun and are continuing to spray not just our country but world wide. These heavy metals are poisonous and very dangerous for human consumption. The health effects are beyond damaging and I for one would like to see a frank and open discussion begin at all levels of society. Please look up "Geo Engineering" and decide for yourself.

Rep. Regina Quick pulls no punches on Chamber scorecard

Rep. Regina Quick, R-Athens, was one of two local delegates to score less than an "A+" in the Chamber of Commerce's annual legislative score card. She and I played phone tag Monday when I was reporting the story and I wasn't able to get her comments in a timely fashion. Instead, she sent over this statement Wednesday morning and she did not mince her words. (Links and italicized portions are my own; otherwise, it's as she wrote it.) Dear Friends: read more

UPDATED: Draft language of so-called curfew ordinance

The committee opted Tuesday night to put off deciding on the ordinance until, at the earliest, its next meeting. Of note: The Athens-Clarke County attorney highlighted that the proposed times are, in essence, placeholders for the commission to change or keep as it pleases.   Full text of the Use of Public Right-of-Ways ordinance draft is below. read more
