Weight Loss HELP!

HEALTH TALK: I was reading Men's Health (which I always enjoy, for some reason) and ran across a post about a German study that's proven diet supplements don't help us lose weight.

Well, that's not a shocker.

Have you had any luck with diet pills? I never have.

I know a lot of people who have lost LOTS of weight by following a low-carb diet, but that's never worked for me either.

The only thing that's ever helped is weight training, mixed with a little cardio.

What works for you? Any favorite trainers, gyms, classes, or tips for the rest of us?
