VIDEO: Spike Lee settles with couple for retweeting their address

Elaine and David McClain have settled with Spike Lee after Lee tweeted out their address on Twitter.  

Spike Lee looked up George Zimmerman's address and tweeted it out and the McClain's have a son named William George Zimmerman who used to live with them but it is not the same man.

Do you think it was fair for Spike Lee to tweet out someone's address on Twitter even if he thought a murder suspect lived there?

    UPDATED: Draft language of so-called curfew ordinance

    The committee opted Tuesday night to put off deciding on the ordinance until, at the earliest, its next meeting.
