We can't do a general sweep of the country and remove all guns in order to create a sterile, airport-like environment. That being the case, making guns illegal will not keep the bad guys from getting them. Look at cocaine and meth--both are illegal yet Ken Mauldin has the opportunity to plea down those cases everyday.

Pretty much any time you have separate quantities packaged separately you're looking at "intent to sale." Had the entire quantity been in one sac (if it was less than 1 ounce, of course) you'd be dealing with just misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
