You see that not only with 18-year olds but you see that with 50-year olds that make poor decisions.
excuse me, sir, a fifty year old does not get a free ride to college, he does not get free housing, he does not get a free car, his mother does not get a new house and he knows what will happen if he gets caught. you are doing nothing but making excuses for this type of people.posted @ Tuesday, July 29, 2014 - 18:45
no, I have not been in a coma and I stand by my statement. both fathers were taking their child to a day care and forgot to drop them off. what the ga. father did while he was at work has no bearing on his charge whatsoever. what about the one in Kansas? why isn't he in jail? what about the woman in stevens county that left her daughter in the car while she was pill shopping? the list goes on and I don't think a person in a coma could work the hrs. I do.posted @ Tuesday, July 29, 2014 - 18:39

It was unclear how the plane or the debris hit the father and his daughter. Officials say the pilot radioed the airport that he was having trouble with the plane and was planning to land on the beach.
why didn't they clear the beach?posted @ Tuesday, July 29, 2014 - 14:40

Police say the father was supposed to bring Benjamin to daycare but went to work and left his son inside the car on July 7 for "an extended period of time."
this same thing happened right here in Georgia and the father has been in jail since the day the child died. same circumstances, different state.posted @ Tuesday, July 29, 2014 - 14:29

U.S. Sen. John McCain says the execution of an Arizona inmate that lasted two hours was torture.
McCain says; torture the hell out of prisoners, but don't do it to people who have taken two people's lives away from them and their families. this pos he is talking about deserved everything he got, only 25 years too late. may he burn in hell forever.posted @ Saturday, July 26, 2014 - 09:35
whoever told you cell phone use was illegal in new York state told you wrong. cell phone use has to be hands free, only texting is illegal while driving. three texting tickets and lose license for 12 months. they have signs on I-84 telling you how far the next 'text stop" is, meaning rest area.posted @ Saturday, July 26, 2014 - 09:16

@OCCountry: The real issue is that her hours where cut from 40 to 24 by the company as it worked to comply with the new health care laws that Obama pushed for
that's two correct for you today. they did not cut her hours because of sales, they cut her hours to keep from paying her as a full time employee.posted @ Friday, July 25, 2014 - 12:04

I have no sympathy for him. when you think of the horror that he caused each of his victims, his death seems very tame. he live over twenty years too long. he sot Dietz's father in the chest and smiled, now his attorney's want people to cry for his sorry @ss and have sympathy for his boo hoo, cry baby, whiney @ss. his attorney's portray him as the victim. the sob got what he deserved twenty five years too late.posted @ Thursday, July 24, 2014 - 18:05

Summary: Fun facts: The first-ever Oscar ceremony, held in 1929, ran a brisk 15 minutes. By contrast, the longest was in 2002, clocking in at a monstrous 4 hours and change. As usual, there are things I loved about it and things I didn't. Rather than be snarky or complain, I'll offer a few suggestions on how the organizers might bring the show into the 21st century. Athens-Clarke County police officers responded to Pinewood Estates North on a 911 call concerning a heated domestic dispute. it reportedly was an argument over the lack of heat and food in a family's trailer and a woman was threatening to stab anyone who tried to take away her 7-month-old child. State patrol responded also, from their post nearby on U.S. Highway 29 North. The situation apparently was resolved. An officer reported he was driving the woman and infant to another home in Athens. read more
