I am a huge proponent of the 10th Amendment. And as such, would take notice if the NTSB were demanding under threat "law" that the States abide by it's principles. However, I have no problem at all with this agency recommending to the State Assemblies that they do it themselves.

It was this period of time that these lending institutions, unable to keep up with the amount of debt that these non paying, high risk borrowers, started complaining to Franklin Raines. His solution?
Create a market for bad debt! He started forcing these lenders to roll as much of their bad loans into "lots", and sell them as "Sub-prime mortgages"

Read what the Judge ACTUALLY did, and any unbiased entity will see what TMother Jones attempted to do.

He is not trying to legislate from the bench, and in fact offered prosecutors a window to re-charge the subject.He gave a ruling based upon the law, as written. And to be honest, I agree with him!

That said, there is no logical reason that felons, once free from all probation or parole, should not be able to reassert their right to keep and bear arms.

Now there can certainly be an argument about which felons should qualify for parole...but that is a different subject!

I also believe that Per Se DUI should be a First Offense Felony!
It is high time we punish these people that CHOOSE to demolish lives!
