Mr Martin is just going to hurt someone's feelings and lower their self esteem. The dumbing down of our educational system has dumbed down the population. We teach to the lowest level and are then surprised with the results. The schools are not a replacement for good parenting and support but we have made the educators take on problems that are outside of the teaching.

That and the fact that no one is responsible for their own actions...

We could eliminate the abuse by eliminating the IRS...and we can throw the baby out with the bath water. What a waste of newspaper space.

The IRS is not to take sides and treat everyone according to the law. Any thing less than that is wrong. This abuse is the crucial issue and nothing else.

With a growing and aging population, we are going to need more doctors. Having them trained in the local area is a major plus. Good to see the state and local hospitals looking ahead to the future needs.

A breach of our first constitutional right is just scary. If the government can break one, they will break all of them. Amazing the first 10 state what the government can't do and after that, they all give the government more power

What we need to combat is not the weapons but the reasons why people would want to harm others.

They can leave anytime they want. Profits may be lower and/or prices may be higher but the safety of the workers needs to play a bigger role.

This is a cold, hard fact and should have everyone scared. Remember that a government big enough to give you everything is a government big enough to take everything.
