NM woman heads to trial for stealing $2 pumpkin

How does New Mexico discipline magistrate judges?

The company website tells the tale ~ one free pumpkin for weekday visitors. There are no signs showing that pumpkins are even for sale anyway. Look through their website in detail.

This guy makes a plea that he's just a poor farmer making his way through the world. He's not going to get too far if his advertising is in error ~ which this particular court case suggests it to be.

NM woman heads to trial for stealing $2 pumpkin

@E.J.: The company website says each visitor gets one free pumpkin with a paid visit on weekdays.

She was there Friday.

That's a weekday.

So how is it she stole a free pumpkin?

It's a Bank of America ATM and the main reason I like it is because there is only a $2 fee to use it.   Over the past few weeks I've noticed a change to the ATM I visit on West Broad in front of Five Guys. It's a Bank of America ATM and the main reason I like it is because there is only a $2 fee to use it. The last few times I visited the ATM, I put my card in the slot and the ATM immediatley gave me the card back.  I was a little alarmed at first and tried to put the card back in but the screen prompted me to input my PIN number instead. I was able to complete my transaction but it threw me out of my comfort zone. read more
