I do not see the amendment as a free speech violation, and school should be a structured environment that promotes education in a positive manner, so I agree that cursing should not be allowed. (especially in elementary and middle schools)

But a Crispin isn't bad, either

You raise a good point though. If it cost more to solve the problem than the problem itself costs, why bother?
What would I do without you, @theold33 ?

After seeing the movie, 'Contagion', I will forever carry Purell with me wherever I go! I always take a does of Airborne before I fly anywhere!
posted @ Tuesday, January 31, 2012 - 22:42When I first got my nook, I did love it. It has an advertised no glare screen so one can easily read in the sun, but I still found it difficult to read in sunny conditions outside. Also, the page numbers didn't always coincide with the paperback edition, so I was unable to use it in the classroom. What I thought was going to make my life so much easier, only made it more difficult. Granted, the purposes I intended to use it for are not universal so I can easily understand why another person would love theirs.
posted @ Tuesday, January 31, 2012 - 19:55@theold33 you do a pretty swell job
Yeah, can't say Valentine's Day has ever been a fairy tale for me...I did get some origami roses one year though...that was...ambitious? I imagine this year will be filled with good friends and wine as we laugh the night away.

posted @ Friday, January 27, 2012 - 18:48@Minion, I agree, I just know if this will help or hurt his campaign. I think larger issues are more pressing just in terms of the election, but I am all for developing new technologies and staying one step ahead of the rest
