This is a really important development, and this kind of story helps readers understand what Caterpillar is doing. The story is complex, of course, with the two counties providing services to make this happen. Here is a story on water and sewer services the counties are providing:
It IS a Watkinsville postal address. That means the Watkinsville post office delivers the mail. It is NOT in Watkinsville. That is the difference I was trying to point out to you.

The ABH has frequently had trouble with the difference between city boundaries and postal addresses in Oconee County. The reference to Watkinsville here is but one more example.

Georgia athletic director Greg McGarity expects the 2014 football schedule to be released later this month at the Southeastern Conference spring meeting in Destin, Fla.
