Unless you can honestly say, " I trust " the science" enough that I would allow my child in her home this evening." Shut up.
I notice she hasn't received the Obama hug yet...hmmm. Wonder why he hasn't volunteered to put all our "hysterical fears" to rest.
How do we protect our citizens from terrorism? I don't want our troops to fight another war but I also don't want Islamic extremists to continue beheading the innocent. We would be foolish to think they are not plotting to commit these acts of violence in our homeland, that is their greatest desire. Unfortunately, it won't be very difficult for them to infiltrate the U.S. considering we had unaccompanied toddlers entering the U.S. at the southern border this year. What is the answer if it's not blowing them to smithereens?posted @ Sunday, September 21, 2014 - 10:24

Bwhahahaha! Are you kidding me? I'll never forget smoking a bone at a friend's place and then on the way home pulling up to a stop sign and forgetting where I was. That is not safe.
Critical reaction time is greatly reduced when you're wasted on the ganga.
Would you like a surgeon to operate on your child right after smoking some squibbies?
Would you be cool with a stoned school bus driver taking your grandchildren to school?
I smoked everyday for 30 years and you and I both know the stupid crap people do when they are stoned.

Another free public school virtual academy:
We've been with Georgia Cyber Academy for 6 years. All curriculum arrives via UPS free of charge. If you are just starting out with schooling at home this is a good place to get your feet wet.
There are at least 1,000 families, secular and Christian, home schooling in Athens alone.
There are so many choices for field trips, electives, and socialization you couldn't possibly fit it all in. Ask yourself, is the socialization your student is receiving at a brick and mortar school really the socialization you want them to have?
If you think you can't successfully school at home, I assure you that with the right curriculum and homeschool network, you can.posted @ Thursday, July 31, 2014 - 13:59

You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig. Liberal attempts to hide abortion behind titles such as "Reproductive Rights", " Pro-choice", and "Women's Health" are not as effective as they once were. Anyone can Google Plan B or Ella and read for themselves, on the drug makers website, that these drugs "may prevent a fertilized egg from attaching to the uterus". Or as I like to say, "may abort baby from the mother's body".posted @ Wednesday, July 16, 2014 - 10:17

@franklingrady: Got it Ruth, but you are wrong. This all went down because "something" is being killed by these drugs/ "healthcare". Something can't be killed unless it is alive. Murder is why this passed. No one is going to bend over and let crazy "Christians" dictate to employees seeking blood transfusions etc. Murder is what they don't want to pay for. Any sane government would agree that forcing people to pay for murder is anti-freedom anti-human.posted @ Tuesday, July 1, 2014 - 16:11
Summary: I'm not saying it's lonely to be a movie critic, but we often find ourselves seated alone in an empty theatre when we're watching new stuff. I know people who say they won't go see anything unless they have at least one other person to go with, but I've always enjoyed having the place to myself. As you might imagine, the vast majority of the editorial cartoons available these days for publication through the syndicate which supplies cartoons to the Athens Banner-Herald/OnlineAthens are addressing the situation in Ferguson, Mo., where the fatal shooting of a black teen by a white police officer has touched off a number of demonstrations -- some peaceful, but many not at all peaceful, with tear gas fired by police officers and gunshots fired by some protester. read more
