Good job Jerry. Also enjoyed reading the post of all of the liberal sheep after getting their big government panties in a wad.

Puerto Rico denies gays right to adopt children

Mr. been grim stated "
@Dawgsdad: Why shouldn't it be considered? Gays are people just like you and
me and they deserve the same rights that we have. Would you rather a child
not be adopted and as a result grow up to be a menace to society? Again we
live in the 21st centuray and there is no room for people with narrow minded
views such as yourself. By the way I hope you have kids and they grow up to
be flaming homosexuals."

Wow grim, I disagree with you and there is no room for me in this century. How very tolerant of you. And I do have three adult heterosexual children who are as normal and well adjusted as any, thank God. I might not agree with you but there is "room for you." You libs need to start practicing what you preach.

Puerto Rico denies gays right to adopt children

@Pologize: And when did I say anything about their RIGHTS? And when did I refer to the CONSTITUTION. My comments are based on my understanding of basic human morals. You certainly have a right to disagree with me. If you are such a constiutional scholar I'm sure you have a profound grasp on world history. If so you will notice before the fall of almost all great empires one of the last things to take place is the acceptance of homosexual life styles. it's a fact. I have nothing against gays as people.

Good for them, it's unbelievable that in this country we debate such things as gay marriage and adoption. it should not even be considered. JUST SAY NO.

Should Walmart be on UGA's campus?

Why heavens no! It might create some jobs, and reduce the number of people on food stamps, and it might create tax revenue for the county. My of my we can't have that..........

America's first openly gay senator
E.J. -
For them it is completely natural andplnl no one. Just because they do it does not mean that you have to do it so what is it that you fear? How has your having sex with your wife contributed to something positive in society? Other than offspring to a desperately overcrowded human world.
Now, please explain to me how anyone's sexual orientation or whatever they do in their bedrooms has any influence on their intelligence, their skills, their innovations, their imaginations, their personal responsibilities, their wealth, their charity, their caring for others or their industry. There's a whole host of heterosexuals who contribute nothing positive to our society. You can find some around Bethel Homes and they are very sexual, making babies as irresponsibly as can be imagined.
OK, you are attributing a lot to me that I did not imply. We simply have very different world views. Have a good day.

This is one of the very few areas where our culture has progressed in recent years, finally.
Seriously E.J. Men sleeping with men and women sleeping with women is progress? It's totally unnatural and will contribute nothing positive to society. Just my opinion

Paul Broun discounts Darwin write-in campaign

As stupid as many of you think Broun is, it pales in comparison to your stupidity in voting to reelect Obama, the abslolute worst clown of a president to ever live in the Whitehouse. He is managing the down fall of the nation built on the backs of the Greatest Generation. What the Hell are you thinking?

Charles Darwin gets nearly 4,000 write-in votes in Athens against Rep. Broun

I'm not surprised that a populace that is ignorant enough to send the biggest failure in the history of the presidency back to the Whitehouse would take their respsonibility to elect their congressman so lightly. Some of you would vote for the Democrat over the Republican if the Democrat were caught in bed with a dead girl or a live boy. And for my black friends who voted 90% plus for Obama, just who is racist? God help us.

Bulldogs no match for Gamecocks: `We got our butts handed to us’
Dawgm19 - I'm a DAWG fan that grew up outside Athens who has lived in Colorado for the last 18yrs. I was a military man who traveled the globe displaying my red, white and black proudly. I always tell folks that you can take me out of Georgia but you can't take Georgia out of me. Even in suburbia Colorado, you can drive down Prairie Grass Lane and see my oversized rock/boulder that was custom made proudly displaying the Georgia "G."
At the moment, I'm hurt, disgusted and just plain mad! Richt's knowledge of football is among the best but his ability to lead is clearly in question. From his very first bowl game against BC (the punt on fourth down), the loses against Florida with Green and Edwards, last years loss to Colorado and a losing season, It’s clear as day. Richt has to go. Ultimately, he is not to blame. It's the decision makers who deserve the pointed finger: the President, the Regents, the AD and yes the Boosters. Until those stars align and agree that The University of Georgia deserves the best, We're stuck with a team that has the potential to be among the elites such as Alabama, LSU, and Florida but lacks the commitment from our UGA leadership. So next time you jump on or off the Richt ban wagon, please realize who really is at fault.
Richt said it best, “Tonight we weren’t very good, but the world hasn’t ended.” He was right there was no fire and brimstone. We still have the lack of commitment from UGA leadership and once again a whole lot of emptiness for Georgia fans.
Well said Brother.
