South Carolina, Georgia, LSU, and even Florida would have did the same thing to Notre Dame as Alabama did!

Take a look at this thug's criminal history in ACC alone and you will see why she said he was dangerous, but you will also be asking how in the hell this thug is walking free among you citizens in ACC!
I'm listing his most repeated charges first even though they're not the most serious. Anyone can look at this and see just how bad the justice system in ACC has become with the current people running it!
Probation Violation - 14 times!
Criminal Trespass - 9 times!
Simple Battery - 7 times!
Drug Charges - 7 times!
Obstruction Of LEO - 2 times!
Assault - 3 times (Once on LEO) He also served 2 years for a 1988 Aggravated Assault With Intent to Rape! Sentenced to 10 and served 2!
Disorderly Conduct - 2 times!
Interference With Government Property - 2 times!
Public Indecency - 2 times!
Felony Cruelty to Children - 1 time!
Robbery - 1 time! Served 4 years for that, but only served 2 for the Intent
to Rape Charge!

Vandalism To A Place Of Worship - 1 time!
DWLS - 1 time!
posted @ Tuesday, January 1, 2013 - 03:53Just in case someone from the Huntsville Alabama or Jacksonville Florida areas may be reading this you should be keeping an eye out for this cold blooded murderer because reports are he may be in one of these two locations.
He is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds There is a strong possibility that he may have cut and dyed his hair. He may be using either one of the names Wayne Beacham or Tom Peterson.
Kristofak was last seen driving a brown Chevrolet Equinox with Georgia license plate BUV 2635. If you have any information about him or see him please call 911. Do not approach him.
This is a recent photo of him but remember there is a strong possibility that he may have dyed his hair.

posted @ Wednesday, December 26, 2012 - 02:37The main thing is this thug-a-thief won't be stealing from target again! I just hope Target follows through and does pursue charges against them both!
I like Jason Aldean, but Luke Bryan and Brantley Gilbert are better I think.
Luke Bryan is a huge reason those 93,000 seats in Sanford Stadium sold out in less than one hour for the April show!
Aldean also sold out Fenway Park in a record seven minutes! Added a second show for the following night and it sold out almost as quick! I am sure he would have sold the shows out anyway, but I really believe the record time that the shows were sold out is because Miranda Lambert is also on the show!
So nice to see these Georgia artists doing so well! Even though Miranda is not from Georgia she still rocks!

posted @ Wednesday, December 26, 2012 - 01:55I would like to send my thoughts and prayers to the family of this lady.
This killer has a history of violence toward women and he was also charged with stalking this same women earlier this year!
Too bad she couldn't get away from him and protect herself before he murdered her Saturday night. She had already divorced him and still he stalked her, so this is when she should have bought a gun and learned to use it! Then again maybe she did and just didn't have a chance to get to it. This should be a wake up call for other women dealing with ex's like this and make them want to get a gun and learn to use it because if you wait for police to protect you it will be too late by the time they arrive on scene!
Since it was too much work for ABH to publish his photo or the vehicle photo, I have did it just in case any of you see him.
The first photo is from the stalking arrest in March of this year. The other photo of him is very recent and the car pictured is just like the car he is believed to be driving still.

Sounds like a good idea but it would be nice to know how each buyer is picked. If something is not in place she would still be bidding against numerous other bidders as before.
posted @ Monday, December 24, 2012 - 01:39@retiredandhappy: High $$$$$$ guns
How would you know that when the model number of the guns are not listed?
Also ABH has it wrong it's Woodsmaster not Woodmaster, but a Woodsmaster 30-06 in good condition can be bought for $250 and the Browning 7mm can be as low as a couple of hundred dollars are a couple of thousand, but without the model numbers we don't know that do we?
Either way thanks to the idiot owner for leaving them out visible and the lowlife thief for stealing them, we now have two more guns on the streets in the hands of criminals!
posted @ Sunday, December 23, 2012 - 05:09ABH, You are so behind on this story! This angel was murdered by another lowlife SOB that should be shot dead ASAP!
I hope this POS, SOB dies before he ever reaches trial!

I really pray all three receive death sentences even though they will have a better chance of dying of natural causes before Georgia carried out the sentence!
You can bet your arse police know who she is and they'll have her very soon!
As for Hill, his arse should be gone for a while this time because he had only been out of prison a year last week! He spent about five of the last ten years in prison for alcohol/drugs and theft charges, but look's as though his parole had ended already.
posted @ Thursday, December 20, 2012 - 04:58Dang when I read "Chief to step down" I thought Lumpkin had finally decided to give ACC a chance to swim out of the cesspool of crime that ACC is drowning in since he has been in charge!
@Ugles: To Everyone.
NEVER consent to let an officer search your car. If the officer asks you for permission you just tell him/her that you know they are trying to do a job but you don't ever consent to anyone searching your car. At that point if the officer has already given you a ticket or warning or whatever, you simply say "am I free to go" and that should be it! If the officer then begins to hassle you about why you won't let him search the car, just stay calm and explain as you did before that you don't give him consent and then say again that if you're free to go then that's what you want to do.

posted @ Sunday, December 9, 2012 - 01:57Watson was released from prison less than two years ago and was on parole at that time from his first prison sentence in 2007. He has prior theft charges out of DeKalb, Gwinnett, Walton and Newton Counties, yet he served only a total of 13 1/2 months in his two trips to prison! He served only Six months of a 20 year sentence in 2010 and only 7 1/2 months of a Three year sentence in 2007! If that's not screwed up I don't know what is! The 20 years was 10 from Walton and 10 from Gwinnett.
This is why these criminals never change because they know in Georgia any crime they commit will only result in a slap on the wrist! Until the citizens of the state show the lawmakers that we are serious about these criminals serving out these prison sentences, this will not change! Too many wants to complain about the cost of housing these criminals in prison so we let them out early only to have those same people complaining about us being to easy on them when they are arrested again!
Well he has committed a federal crime this time so he will serve 100% of any sentence he receives!
Stupid mistake by very smart kid!
Just in case some residents of ACC would like to know this burglary was NOT the only one reported to police. The burglary printed here happen to what look's to be a home where students are living together, and these thug-a-thieves know the more people living in the home the more items to steal!
If you remember reading a day or two ago about a burglary at Lavender Lakes Drive where two TVs' were stolen, well police were also called back Saturday when a woman was awakened by her dog barking and then she heard someone trying to open her bedroom window! When she called out “who’s there” she heard a male say “let’s run.” You might think residents in this area would like to see ABH print that important story instead of me having to do it here!
Also a Old Monroe Rd residence, A Pulaski St residence, And a Ruth St residence, were all burglarized too but you didn't read it in the blotter! Then we also had vehicles parked at a Ashton Dr residence and a Epps Br Pkwy residence that was broken into where $1,670 was stolen from one vehicle and $1,450 was stolen from the other! Even though residents living in those areas would probably like to know about this, it wasn't in the blotter? Maybe ABH is trying to work with ACC in misleading the people about just how bad crime is in the area!

As a huge Backstreet Boys fan, I was little perplexed on reading Nick Carter?s book. It?s not like reading a book about Elvis Presley or The Beatles. I didn?t live through those moments. I didn?t see them in person. But as someone who has followed Nick?s career since I became a fan in 1998, not just in the Backstreet Boys, but as a solo artist, I?ve always thought we had a lot in common besides being the same age. read more
