In my shotgun I have the 1st round is birdshot and the rest are buckshot. If the birdshot doesn't make them leave then the buckshot will make them unable to leave. The home owner did what he had to do in order to protect his property and his family. This criminal knows that the property owner he was stealing from is armed and will shoot him so he won't be back to that home. Good Job Home Owner.posted @ Thursday, January 16, 2014 - 20:08
Clemons is on his way out. Georgia needs players who want to be in the game. Maybe something Coach Pruitt can evaluate just how Clemmons will have to prove himself as a starter on Defense. I think our Defensive Coordinator will bring some reality to these players who want to play but not by the rules. Can't have it both ways. What good is a 4 or 5 star player that can't be in the game? I had rather see someone play who is willing to do what it takes to make the competition pay for every yard. Last year we had same problem with the key position players being on suspension. I suggest Coach Pruitt make them understand it isn't who is the best always who get the starting position. It is however who shows up every day and executes the plays. Lets make these suspended players earn every position they play.posted @ Thursday, January 16, 2014 - 19:53
A Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) analysis found that unsubsidized Obamacare enrollees will face monthly premiums five to nine times higher than Walmart premiums.
According to the JAMA report, the monthly unsubsidized Obamacare premium for married 60-year-old non-smokers can cost $1,365 compared to Walmart's premium of just $134 for the same couple. The report also said an unsubsidized premium under Obamacare for a 30-year-old single smoker would cost $428 a month, compared to $70 monthly for Walmart employees.

Urgent: Should Obamacare Be Repealed? Vote Here Now!
This is a big cost reduction between Obamacare and Walmart health plans. This is also no mandate from Walmart only Obamacare requires that. My opinion we should scrap Obamacare and sign up for Walmart Care.posted @ Monday, January 13, 2014 - 22:55

Patriotism stopped being a reason to enlist when we came to have an all volunteer armed service. It's now an occupation like fireman or policeman. It pays pretty good, too, when compared to a drafted army.
I can tell by your comment you don't care about people like these Navy Seals. You think these people are doing this for money, don't you? Well these Seals didn't take the job for money. They are Navy Seals because they understand that some things have to be done in order to protect us from something worse than death. I don't know why you hate on the Military so much but here is an example of someone who sees another in harms way and does something about it instead of just turning away or walking on by. I am proud of our Military and these men who did a job that isn't talked about. We are blessed to have these Men who would lay it all the line for you and I. America is full of Patriots but you want see us in the streets or on tv telling you how great we are. You won't believe it until you experience a most satisfying feeling to know you did your job and kept people safe. God Bless Everyone. Some more than others.posted @ Sunday, January 12, 2014 - 23:38
Who would have thought that Humans would ever understand and be able to change the earths climate? I always thought that was God's Job. Could the Global Warming or Climate Change be just another tool to bring in the New World Order? Because now we have the Climate responsible for deaths in both cold and warm weather. Comes right down to a basic human instinct and that is " Who do you Trust" with your health, money, and future of the Human Beings and animals in the world.
Climate Change/Global Warming is like trying to prove UFO sightings are real and from other planets. Rational Human Beings need proof beyond a shadow of doubt that either of these theories are true. If we continue to listen to the people trying to sell us on the Climate Business then we will all wind up Cold, Hot and Broke in the future and you and I will be slaves to the myth makers of the world.posted @ Sunday, January 12, 2014 - 16:12

I think Coach Richt is a good coach but can't bring himself to make adjustments in the Bulldogs coaching staff during the season or during the game. Coach Richt is too forgiving of both staff coaches and athletes who perform poorly and just says we will have to work on that after each game lose. Coach you can be FRIENDS away from the job but when at work be a Head COACH and make the tough decisions.posted @ Saturday, January 4, 2014 - 08:53
Children are empowered by our society to act out against parental authority especially in the teen years. Why do you think so many young teens are so disrespectful to their parents and authority of any kind? It is because society keeps the parents from disciplining the children without fear of persecution. I don't know this officer but I do remember my own children growing up and having periods when they would break the house rules or be disrespectful to adults or authority. It is difficult to be a parent because if your child says you are abusive to them your reputation will be ruined forever even if found not guilty. Until society gets their nose out of other peoples business we will always struggle with disrespectful children. If you have children then you may have the opportunity to be arrested if your child says you abuse them. Think before you react. Sound like this Mother needs people who are aware of this situation to come forward and testify on her behalf. Please don't convict if you don't know what really happened.posted @ Thursday, January 2, 2014 - 00:38

I Stand with Phil Robertson and the Robertson Family. A&E Network has a reality show called Duck Dynasty but doesn't want the Reality Show to be Real. This Family does not need A&E to be successful. They were a successful business before they started making a reality tv show. We have a Right as an Americans to express ourselves and what we believe.
A&E will suffer because of this and the Robertson's will continue to express there belief in the Bible and Jesus Christ. Lets see if the ABH will censor the 3 words posted here. Bible, Jesus Christ. God Bless the Robertson Family.posted @ Saturday, December 21, 2013 - 00:29
The Signature of Aaron Murray just may be worth a lot more than $35 in the future. This young man didn't quit like some others when we were getting our butts handed to us. That no quit attitude represents what I think a Bulldog represents. I wish Murray the best in his future because I believe he is a good person and he will be alright even if people don't buy his autograph.posted @ Friday, December 6, 2013 - 10:10
Shelby County jail records show 28-year-old Adrian Laroze Briskey of Birmingham is out on $75,000 bond.
Briskey is charged with murder in the killing of 36-year-old Michelle Shepherd

Zimmerman is on his way to becoming a danger to himself and society. Why didn't he just walk away from the girlfriend? What is he trying to prove? Is he stupid? His name is forever tarnished because of the murder trail and all that is happening since his acquittal. Real Men don't mistreat women. I think this story has some truth in it otherwise why did he get charged with Aggravated Assault? There has to be some evidence to support a charge like that.posted @ Wednesday, November 20, 2013 - 21:18
Coach should have told DB's to knock the ball down instead of trying to catch or deflect. Should have been said more than once so everyone would know the plan. Coach's can't assume the player will make the right play so they have to be told this is what is expected. If Matthews had intercepted the ball all of this conversation would not be happening. I think UGA has some decisions to make in regards to the coaching staff now in place.posted @ Wednesday, November 20, 2013 - 20:53
I don't know what kind of motivational talk Richt gave to the Bulldogs at half time but it worked. Coach Richt showed he was not pleased at half time as he should do more often. We can't expect the players to get pumped up and excited unless the coaches can show them some emotion themselves. Great 2nd half by the Bulldogs.posted @ Sunday, November 10, 2013 - 20:14
Seems to me the targeting rule is not applied across the board. It seems to depend on which teams are playing as to how aggressive the officials call targeting. The LSU at Alabama on Saturday was a good example of targeting with no calls from the officials. The targeting call on Georgia Saturday was a bad call by the officials but was upheld after the official review.posted @ Sunday, November 10, 2013 - 19:54
Why did this Beautiful Little Girl have to die? I feel sick at my stomach when I read these awful stories of Child Abuse. To starve and then try to burn a child is beyond DFACS. This is pure Murder anyway you slice it. This case will be High Profile for the Justice System in Georgia. I believe this was a staged event from the posting on Facebook to the demonstration. It fits in to a pattern of intimidation by a small group of people who support people who want to stay relevant to the "cause". This type of response does nothing to improve relationships. People will never be forced to like everyone they associate with on a daily basis. As long as people buy into this racist crap we will never be just a Human Being. We will always be "One of Them".posted @ Saturday, November 9, 2013 - 13:52
@RightIswrong: You must the SKUNK in this non issue. Must please you to know that you are keeping the fire of racism alive. Is your first name Al or Jesse? Please let your rage against people who are different from you go. The rage will do nothing to improve our relationships.
My suggestion is to not give this person any reason to celebrate by having a protest against Free Speech. Just let racism go and it will die.posted @ Thursday, November 7, 2013 - 21:47
My guess is this person who posted this on Facebook is a minority looking to stir controversy at UGA. We have been dumbed down so much that we can't tell anymore when we are being played. If we really wanted to improve the relationship between races we all should let these types of comments slide right off our backs and not respond with any kind of action that would give some folks the wrong impression of the minority groups at UGA. Don't react to this provocation and stay calm and let the SKUNK come out and identify themselves.posted @ Thursday, November 7, 2013 - 19:57
Summary: Fun facts: The first-ever Oscar ceremony, held in 1929, ran a brisk 15 minutes. By contrast, the longest was in 2002, clocking in at a monstrous 4 hours and change. As usual, there are things I loved about it and things I didn't. Rather than be snarky or complain, I'll offer a few suggestions on how the organizers might bring the show into the 21st century. Athens-Clarke County police officers responded to Pinewood Estates North on a 911 call concerning a heated domestic dispute. it reportedly was an argument over the lack of heat and food in a family's trailer and a woman was threatening to stab anyone who tried to take away her 7-month-old child. State patrol responded also, from their post nearby on U.S. Highway 29 North. The situation apparently was resolved. An officer reported he was driving the woman and infant to another home in Athens. read more
