That address is just around the corner from us and I can't believe there is a camp at that area. This is next to and near University Nursing Home, Apts on Club Drive,, a Golden Pantry and ATT . If this address was reported correct - the camp is sure well hidden.

Nicki is such a joke. And as fake as her cosmetic surgery (posted online) which didn't add any thing good.. The show has really been going downhill and this year only made it worse.

Maybe YOU should look at a spelling "calendar."
Your sentence is weird. Did you mean Maybe YOU should look at spelling "calendar" leaving out the "a" ? Must be nice to sit all day and spell check others.
I know you will tear this post apart, too, but you know what? I don't care and I'm sure others won't either. Not everyone has spell check or time to double check spellings or to police others.

Verb transitive!!!! Learn English grammar!
Holy cow, what ignorance...Seesh!

try again - a gun is an object..
- Lie is an intransitive verb (one that does not take an object), meaning "to recline." Its principal parts are lie (base form), lay (past tense), lain (past participal), and lying (present participle).
[Lie meaning "to tell an untruth" uses lied for both the past tense and past participle, with lying as the present participle.]
Lay is a transitive verb (one that takes an object), meaning "to put" or "to place." Its principal parts are lay (base form), laid (past tense), laid (past participle), and laying (present participle).

By being a responsible gun owner - keeping a gun out of reach or locked , or whatever it takes when not in use to keep kids from getting it.

..... rights trampled on?
Dan, no matter how hard you try, no matter how deeply you wish it to be so, government can not protect people from their actions. Hell, they can't even protect people from the actions of others.
Government can't legislate stupidity away. And if you still have a yen for an elected position, you would do well to take that tidbit with you.
I took his comment "how many more" to mean how many more careless people are going to keep their guns just laying around for kids to find. I don't care if you have a permit or not or any other legalities - if you own a gun - be responsible for it. Keep it out of reach when not in use. So, yes, how many more....

There is, and not that far from I565. Only after you read the story link do you really know whether Holly Springs GA. or AL. and that story has I575.

So, you advocate treating violence with more violence, because that's the way you were raised. Thus, you think violence is an effective training method.
That's the dumbest idea I've heard all week.

non violence isn't working with kids either - what do YOU suggest? Kisses and cream?

The doctors are the ones who went to school and got the training needed. Your god did not GIVE them the skill, they studied and worked for it. It will be the skills of the medical teams, and lil Tripps body that will do the healing. If your god is so almighty - why did he let it happen to a small child to begin with? "Suffer the children" - I don't think so....

More children are killed every year by doctors and big pharma than by "bull dogs". So save your selected anger for the idiot in the whitehouse and quit blamming a dog for the failures of the owner.

can you back that up? doubtful, whereas there are web pages on dog bite fatalities.....one, for instance,http://www.dogsbite.org/dog-bite-statistics-fatalities-2012.php

posted @ Monday, March 25, 2013 - 12:17
scarborj - Just for the record, I never park in the handicapped parking spots even though I am handicapped to a point. I was diagnosed with emphysema in 1999 and have gotten progressively worse with the COPD due to lung infections and pneumonia. I have gained so much weight from taking the steroids/prednisone for this disease and just walking takes so much of my breath, I clearly have to lean on the carts and rest once I get from the parking lot to the store. I also refuse to ride the electric carts for the simple reason people will talk about me since I am overweight...just as many of you are doing in the comments here. I would love to be able to walk more and lose the weight, but I just cannot breathe and exercise enough to shed the weight. So, with that said, I am not among those who just take for granted if I'm handicapped, I always have a parking spot. To look at me when I'm at rest, you would never know I have the disease. I'm not on oxygen yet, but it's only a matter of time so I will wait until that happens before I ever use handicapped parking...just saying.
I applaud you. I stated earlier that i have a placard for my husbands' vehicle when I am with him, but a lot of times, I will have him drop me off at the door and he parks in a regular spot so someone else can use the handicap spot. A lot of us that ARE disabled, will make a spot available to someone else whenever we can.

Some people gain weight because they can't exercise. Unless you are medically trained and have examined the patient, please don't be so quick to judge.

Thank you! I wasn't obese until I had both knees and both hips replaced over several years. My lifestyle became sedentary when I could no longer walk or stand more than a few minutes, and the dr issued my permit. I would change place with any abled body walker for a day just to be able to walk around again. I have a disabled license plate for my own vehicle and a placard for my husband when I am with him. I agree that the placards are sometimes abused, but there are still some honest users.

It is an assumed risk you take when you go, but as was said earlier - lawyers will do anything for money. Nascar had erected a safety fence which normally works. Full text of the Use of Public Right-of-Ways ordinance draft is below. Highlight: Would set hours of operation of each Athens-Clarke County "building campus" -- e.g. City Hall, the courthouse and Dougherty Street government building -- at 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Park hours would either be set by the Athens-Clarke County manager or the Mayor and Commission. The ordinance has been derided by members of Occupy Athens and others as seeking to enforce a curfew on public property, thus damaging their First Amendment right to peacably assemble for long-term protests. read more
