If the poll is to be believed, it goes to show that voters have become inured to politicians being of doubtful character.
It also says something about the moral fiber of voting public.

i'm so sick of hearing about whether justice was done! we'll never know what the verdict should have been. it's about time for us to find something else to arouse our righteous indignation.
everyone watch nancy grace tonight and we'll meet here tomorrow to discuss.
journalists?? like this are one of the main reason race relations don't improve.
anything for a story, nevermind objectivity.
jesse jackson is one of the biggest racists ever. that's a trait not limited to caucasians.
paula deen is beginning to [filtered word] me off. i can't imagine apologising for something so minor as using a word years ago. truth be told, all the people who are condemning her have used racial slurs at some point in their life. i mean everyone - if they deny it, they're lying.
RightIswrong - I wonder if back when Paula was learning racism first hand from Paw Paw, did she foresee it costing her so much money?
i'm not sure what a paw paw is, but i take offense at your using such an obviously racist intentioned remark on this forum.
i'd make sure you were fired but i doubt you have a job.
What's the derogatory names that y'all use for yourselves?
you probably never heard the term "white trash" it was used when referring to a person of non-color when they are too lazy to work, or don't have acceptable (according to the majority of society) moral fiber.
i've used it in the past, i'm not proud of it, i probably won't lose my job because of using it.
i try to be a decent person and treat everyone with respect, but da#ned if i'm going to apologize for all my past foibles. no one should have to do that, or we'd all be apologizing too much to get anything else done.
there are too many holier-than-thou people in the media and on both sides of racial, poitical, and religious issues.

Summary: Fun facts: The first-ever Oscar ceremony, held in 1929, ran a brisk 15 minutes. By contrast, the longest was in 2002, clocking in at a monstrous 4 hours and change. As usual, there are things I loved about it and things I didn't. Rather than be snarky or complain, I'll offer a few suggestions on how the organizers might bring the show into the 21st century. Athens-Clarke County police officers responded to Pinewood Estates North on a 911 call concerning a heated domestic dispute. it reportedly was an argument over the lack of heat and food in a family's trailer and a woman was threatening to stab anyone who tried to take away her 7-month-old child. State patrol responded also, from their post nearby on U.S. Highway 29 North. The situation apparently was resolved. An officer reported he was driving the woman and infant to another home in Athens. read more
