United Nations has declared Colorado & Washington in violation of international treaties

I know that I've provided more than 1 link, but for those that would criticise me, you can use Opera and side tabs you know, as opposed to just clicking back and forth. And just because I post more than 1 link, it doesn't mean that you have to call me names. For crying out loud!

Anyhow, here's an interesting story about the United Nations and cannabis and states' rights.
