Presidential Debate - Watch it live! 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m Tonight!
November 5, 2012
Ain't it strange that here in the supposedly free republic of the United States, only the Voice of Russia will carry a 3rd party presidential debate? Why ain't the liberals in Athens concerned about that?

Ralph Nader says that "from when they are very small children, they are taught in school from Scholastic Magazine when they have they mock trials, that there are only 2 parties. They grow up in a winner take all system and they see no other alternative and they are hereditary voters. It really is a 2 party dictatorship."
Ralph Nader: Both Parties, Two Heads of Same Corporate Beast
"Tonight, Johnson and Stein will square off again in a final debate hosted by the Free and Equal Elections Foundation. Only one network will carry it: The Voice of Russia."--Jeff Guo
Full text of the Use of Public Right-of-Ways ordinance draft is below.
Highlight: Would set hours of operation of each Athens-Clarke County "building campus" -- e.g. City Hall, the courthouse and Dougherty Street government building -- at 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Park hours would either be set by the Athens-Clarke County manager or the Mayor and Commission.
The ordinance has been derided by members of Occupy Athens and others as seeking to enforce a curfew on public property, thus damaging their First Amendment right to peacably assemble for long-term protests.
