Obama to "FIX" Global Warming?

November 2, 2012

But he said he had decided over the past several days that Mr. Obama was the better candidate to tackle the global climate change that he believes might have contributed to the violent storm, which took the lives of at least 38 New Yorkers and caused billions of dollars in damage.

Comic relief from His Honor and bonified ANGRY WEALTHY MAYOR of NYC!

I loved Bloomberg's plan to limit passage into the CITY to those drivers with at least 2 passengers along for the ride!

COME TO THINK OF IT, this self-made Billionaire, a la Henry Ford, truly imagines himself as one who ought to have the final say on all behaviors, including, so far, smoking, consumption of trans-fats, and "big gulps!"

THEN, perhaps BLOOMBERG thinks Obama "has what it takes" to crush the opposition to global warming theory, and END the use of fossil fuels by all Americans (who are not wealthy, and powerful, like Bloomberg, and perhaps, now, Obama!).

They say the night brings out the freaks, and Halloween and a SuperStorm brings-out the GEEKS, and would-be Storm-Troopers ...!

I say THEY ARE RIGHT!

Get RID of the Bloomberg MENACE to humanity!

Take that grinning Obama sidekick away, too, before a bather is seriously injured or killed on the cross of "Political Correctness!" Shock

Pop Addict Book Review: "Facing the Music and Living to Talk About It" by Nick Carter

As a huge Backstreet Boys fan, I was little perplexed on reading Nick Carter?s book.  It?s not like reading a book about Elvis Presley or The Beatles. I didn?t live through those moments. I didn?t see them in person. But as someone who has followed Nick?s career since I became a fan in 1998, not just in the Backstreet Boys, but as a solo artist, I?ve always thought we had a lot in common besides being the same age. read more

Links to Banner-Herald's award-winning sports stories

The Athens Banner-Herald sports staff combined to win 11 individual awards on Sunday at the Georgia Sports Writers Association's annual meeting in Marietta. You can get a few more details on that in this story ? "Banner-Herald sports staff wins 11 awards" ? and I thought I'd provide some links to the winning stories for the curious. The awards were for the sports staff's work in 2012. read more
