Adams was just the "yes" man the Regents wanted when they hired him. Never complained about budget cuts. Never complained that maybe, just maybe the University of Georgia had more of an impact on the future of the state than the department of transportation. "Yes sir, please take some more of my budget". Blah. Adams and his Regent cronies took the aspiring university system that Zell Miller was trying to build and ran it into the ground. Good job Mike.
