Lack of parenting early on?
Undiagnosed bi-polar or manic disorder?
Is he already drugged out on Ritalyn or Adderall?
Lots of good reasons for this behavior.

At 12, he could already be over 6 ft tall, and very dangerous. The real problem is that she will have a difficult time getting help from the mental health system, until he actually commits a crime.

Strict parenting or whipping at this point in time is useless. If he doesn't get some kind of help, this boy's going to wind up hurting someone.

    The committee opted Tuesday night to put off deciding on the ordinance until, at the earliest, its next meeting.
