LOOK! Pay attention!

What is important about this community is that it has something in common with Bethel Homes Village! It is an H.J. Russell managed property. This "property management" company needs to be run out of Athens on a rail.

Come on, people. Recognize that the management company allows this crap to happen by under-paying an under-qualified staff who then have no incentive to do better.

Where is the ACC government? Why can they not see this important similarity in our most crime ridden neighborhoods?
