and…
revenues decline steadily in the years 2000-2004, GW Bush's first term.
and…
as a percentage of GDP federal revenue during the Bush years was less than it was during the 1990s for half the time and about the same for half the time.
and…
in constant dollars it was a great in 2000 as it was in 2007.
