I was there when the accident happened....no bus involved, but it was raining at the time. Two females and a male were apparently crossing the street (looked as if they were jogging) around 4:45 during "rush hour" traffic (not in a crosswalk) and the two females were hit by the driver. I've seen wreck after wreck at this location with drivers entering the turn lane much too soon and also witnessed people crossing the street where they shouldn't. It was a terrible accident either way. Everyone should use caution....drivers and pedestrians. Praying for the young lady in ICU.
