But that Head Start Funding should NOT be part of a Disaster Relief Bill for the NorthEast, and THAT's the point. Take the unrelated PORK out of the disaster bill, and voila! it passes. If we didn't have all those add ons in MOST legislation, perhaps we wouldn't be so BROKE right now!!! Make them vote on ONE thing at a TIME!!!
