I am not going to say what comes to my mind when I read something like this. The comments would be disabled and I would be banned.
There is nothing lower than anyone that would do something like this.

    UPDATED: Draft language of so-called curfew ordinance

    The committee opted Tuesday night to put off deciding on the ordinance until, at the earliest, its next meeting.
