Bishop Park is supposed to be a place where people can go and walk their dog ,jog ride a bike. It is not a homeless camp which is what it would turn in to if the county let that go on. All the crapping and messing on the ground would not take long to start stinking especially in the summer not to mention the trash. Homeless people in general are not neat campers. Unlike pigs they mess where they sleep and leave a trail of trash behind them

    The committee opted Tuesday night to put off deciding on the ordinance until, at the earliest, its next meeting.
