December 27, 2012

Hancock was arrested on a second felony in September, when he attacked another man with a tree branch, according to records. He was charged with simple battery and terroristic threats.
Despite the pending armed robbery charge, the judge set another $10,000 bond for Hancock in October and ordered him to continue wearing an ankle monitor.

*smh* Really???? Why not send him to jail AFTER the second felony!
