This from personal experience?

Do you actually KNOW anything about Clarke Central or just form a general opinion based on your expectations of life? For example, do you know how many local schools have had a graduate get a full ride to Harvard ALL THE WAY THROUGH THEIR PHD? How many Moorehead-Banks or Founders Scholarships?

In fact, this particular recognition is EXACTLY about getting measurably better results from the worst-performing students...something that any honest person, not driven by base perspectives, would applaud.
