Larry Munson Interview Tapes

March 18, 2011

This video series ran on OnlineAthens.com almost a year ago, but I wanted to bring it back for a couple of reasons.

First, we'd like to celebrate our "new" members who are here to talk Georgia Football! Woo Hoo! Go Dawgs!

Second, I'm going to release the raw tapes of my Munson interview next week. This is the first time they've been put online and I'm excited to share them.

Munson's family didn't want me to record the interview with my video camera, but they allowed me to tape the audio. I met him at his house and chatted about his childhood, career and the Bulldogs. Then, Munson gave me access to his private photo collection, which was pretty thrilling.

Don't forget to check back next week for those interview tapes. I also have a sit-down we did awhile ago with Katharyn Richt at the family home, plus some outtakes.

Have a great weekend!
