Iss Still A Virus AT FLAGPOLE!

January 26, 2012

He, he!

Now, Blake Aued commenting a few days (weeks?) back that the reason FLAGPOLE no longer allowed readers to post comments was, and I am paraphrasing, "Flagpole was shut down due to a virus in its software."

Uh, huh! Yeah! RIGHT!

Perhaps it was a Trojan Worm, instead, Blake?

You know -- the sort that gets in and hangs on and on and on ....

*****

Of course, personally, I am with Pete: They should have gotten rid of those comments years ago! Imagine the inconvenience of having to hear or read SOMEONE ELSE'S OPINION!! Something DIFFERENT than your own?! (The HORROR!)

And, let's not forget: If it wasn't for Flagpole, well then ...

THERE'D BE No REM!!

There'd be NO B-effing 52s!!!

In fact, they'd have smashed the Hull Snelling House right before they tore down the fire-hall, downtown, brick by freaking brick;

Rumor had it the bricks were shipped to Augusta to be used in the Morris Mauseleum! (you try to spell that word!)

You know, Flagpole and the Cult of Pete: Save money. Live better. THEY SAY!

Oops! My bad, they didn't tear down the Fire Hall, but the Steeple AND the Murmur Trestle are both falling down on their own! (Word has it, they are infected with computer viruses -- don't ask me how!)

Oh the humanity!
