The homeless encampment under the bridge at North Ave should not be allowed. It's on Greenway property! Greenway officials want the police to clean the area up. Our police chief has adopted a hands off policy. The criminals who live there can't wait for school breaks so they can feast on unoccupied housing. These vandals sit on old car seats near the metal rail and thumb their noses at police. Why not fence the area in? Surrounding property values are hurt by this wrongheaded policy. Would Five Points allow this?
