Hamas cancelled Christmas

December 26, 2011

From the Guardian, UK:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/dec/23/gaza-christians-hamas-cancel...

"Since the Palestinian Authority left the Gaza Strip, festive celebrations and displays of crucifixes have become taboo.....

Of the 1.5 million Palestinians now living in the Gaza Strip, fewer than 1,400 are Christian and those who can are leaving."

Just another story of how intolerance is at work by the majority. 500 of that group were given passes by Israel to attend services in Bethlehem, but Israel will be blamed for the restriction.

How's it working out?
