Gift Card Exchange Day

We all know that yesterday was Christmas Day but did you know that today is Gift Card Exchange Day?
Did you get a gift card from a store you will never shop at?
You're in luck! You have the option to sell your unwanted gift cards for cash.
According to the Augusta Chronicle, you have the option to sell that gift card today for the best premium.
This is not the only day you can sell your gift card but this is supposedly the day when you get the most for your card.
Did you get a gift card you will never use?
Do you think gift cards are a good gift or is it too impersonal?
I would rather spend some time picking out a gift I know the recipient will like. How about you?

Chuck Williams wants your money
AuedState Rep. Chuck Williams, R-Watkinsville, is holding two fundraisers next week, indicating that he expects to have opposition either in July or November. The fundraisers are scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Monday at the Holiday Inn in downtown Athens and Tuesday at Springhill Suites in Oconee County. He's asking for a $100, $250 or $500 donation, but contributions aren't necessary to attend. Secretary of State Brian Kemp, Agriculture Commissioner Gary Black, Insurance Commissioner Ralph Hudgens and state Sen. Bill Cowsert, R-Athens, are the hosts. read more
