Is Breast Cancer really curable if you find it at the right time?

Gary Schwitzer, a blogger for Health News Review, criticized Andrea Mitchell's recent press release about her Breast Cancer diagnosis.
Gary wishes the best of health and treatment for NBC's Andrea, but he felt uncomfortable with the wording of her press release.
She stated:
"For you women out there and for the men who love you, screening matters. Do it. This disease can be completely curable if you find it at the right time."

Do you really think Breast Cancer can be completely curable if you detect it early. Is Andrea really being realistic here?

    Chuck Williams wants your money

    State Rep. Chuck Williams, R-Watkinsville, is holding two fundraisers next week, indicating that he expects to have opposition either in July or November. The fundraisers are scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Monday at the Holiday Inn in downtown Athens and Tuesday at Springhill Suites in Oconee County. He's asking for a $100, $250 or $500 donation, but contributions aren't necessary to attend.
